イギリスのコスフォード博物館には世界唯一現存する３型があります。飛行状態にはありませんが、保存程度は良いようです。エンジンが稼動状態かはわかりません。同博物館に保存されている五式戦闘機のエンジン(同じハ-112-II)は数年前まで稼動状態にあったと伝え聞いています。

I don't think it is flyable condition, although I've heard it is very good preserving condition. I neither know if the engines are operatable. The ki-100 fighter in RAF museum have a mitsubishi ha-112-II engine which is the same type used in Ki-46-III, and it was opratable a few years ago.

数年前にコスフォードで五式戦のコクピットに座らせてもらいましたが、
百式司偵は「脚が弱くなっているからダメ」と言われました。
だから飛行は不可能と思われます。
ちなみに五式戦は現在ヘンドンの空軍博物館新館に展示されています。
